Lipid and sterol
Lipid and sterol have an important role in maintaining the body as one of the main components of the body and food. Lipids and sterol are high-efficiency energy sources, functional components, and precursors of various functional molecules. NFML develops new and improved analytical technologies for the quantification of lipids and sterol in a variety of foods and biological samples (especially Human Milk) based on high -performance MS analysis.
Research highlight
- Development analytical method for extraction that can separate lipid and sterols from food & biological sample
- Development of methods optimized for lipid and sterols based on MS analysis
- MS analysis -based lipid and sterol quantity
- Statistical analysis of samples with various characteristics and conditions
