Glycomics

Glycomics is a field of studies about the glycom chain (Glycom), which can be used for developing new medicines or various studies by manipulating the molecules of the sugar by studying the activity of sugar. In general, the protein that functions in the human body becomes sugar or falls, and the actual function is activated and inactivated. NFML analyzes and identifies disease markers as diagnostic and prognostic markers for specific diseases through glycolysis of several animals and humans.

Research highlight

  • Establishment of analytical method for extraction and enrichment of glycoconjugates from biological samples
  • Multi-level glycomics characterization from intact protein to native glycan
  • Discovery novel specific biomarkers of diseases
  • Statistical analysis of samples with various characteristics and conditions
