Professor Jae-Han Kim Receives Presidential Commendation for Outstanding Contribution to International ODA and Global Campus Initiatives
On May 20, 2025, Professor Jae-Han Kim from the Department of Food and Nutrition, College of Human Ecology at Chungnam National University, was honored with a Presidential Commendation from the university president in recognition of his outstanding contributions to international Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects and the establishment of a global open campus.
Professor Kim has led the exemplary KOICA-supported project, "Establishment of a Nutrition Center for Child and Community Nutrition Improvement in Pakistan," a flagship Korea-Pakistan ODA initiative that has been widely recognized as a model case in the field of international development cooperation. Through this project, Chungnam National University has independently carried out the Project Management Consulting (PMC), significantly enhancing the university’s global reputation and competence in ODA execution.
